Speciality Diving courses - Dry Suit Diver
This course covers the knowledge and techniques of dry suit diving. The minimum number of recommended hours is 12 with two open water dives and emphasis placed on dry suit operation, principles, care and diving techniques.
The following is included in the Dry Suit Diver course:
- The planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of dry suit diving
- Proper procedures for buoyancy control
- Ascent and descent technique training
- Routine, user-level, preventative maintenance and performance checks on dry suits
If the above has not been undertaken a confined water session will be completed before any open water training is given.
Prerequisite for Certification
PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver or equivalents and be over 12 years old.For more information email info@divepro.co.uk
